Individual Constellations: Using Objects, Felt-Sense, and the Mind’s Eye
Session Description:This hands-on session explores how to facilitate systemic constellations in one-on-one settings using a variety of tools — including objects, markers, body-sensing, and guided inner imagery (Mind’s Eye work, inspired by Ursula Franke). These approaches offer powerful ways to bring systemic dynamics to light in individual sessions without the need for group representatives.
Participants will learn how to create a resonant field using simple materials and presence-based inquiry. Through demonstration, guided practice, and structured peer feedback, facilitators will develop confidence and fluency in supporting individual clients with sensitivity, clarity, and respect for systemic movements.
Learning Outcomes:By the end of this session, participants will:

• Understand the key principles of facilitating individual constellations using various formats
• Gain experience setting up constellations with objects, symbols, markers, and imagined placements
• Learn how to track the client’s body signals, emotional responses, and inner knowing
• Explore the use of healing sentences, spatial arrangement, and movement in 1:1 constellations
• Practice Mind’s Eye facilitation techniques inspired by Ursula Franke
• Develop attuned facilitation skills and give/receive constructive feedback using a structured format

Preparation for this session
Request from Marianne: If possible have 12-15 pages of printing paper (A4 sheets), scissors, and a few colored wax crayons or colored pencils. Have a free space behind your chair to establish with your ground anchors the picture of your family or what picture of relationship we are working on.

Guiding a constellation is an art, it is a dance, it is a movement between worlds that move an entire cosmos
The Systemic facilitator is both outside and inside the field at the same time, apart and part of the process. They are connected to their field and the field of the issue. Both fields are entangled - in the quantum sense of entanglement. In this workshop we will focus on how the field is resonating within the Facilitator and how to bring that into the facilitation.
