Partners and Other Strangers
It is a particular challenge to work with couples in trouble. It is so easy for the facilitator to drift in and become part of the couple’s system. The most common couple entanglements: It’s not my fault; my partner needs to change. All I want is to return to the way things used to be. We have to stay together for the children. In this session, we will dive beneath the surface of communication habits, including blame, naiveté, and distraction, to find the hard but generative answers for everyone. I will offer exercises to anchor understandings.

Students will explore:
How not to become entrapped in the couple’s ecosphere
Where to look for new resources
How loyalties to the past can shape current relationships
Maintaining mobility when “beliefs” are at odds with the couple’s way in the world
Not taking sides

Inquiry is an intervention
Asking good questions is an art. The interview funnel. What does the client really want and is that what the system needs? The breath as an indicator of permission and release. Close the loop.

My teaching approach is to provide you clear and useful concepts, then offer you experiential ways to engage with those concepts in order to make your learning real. I’m after “sticky” learning, that is, learning that sticks with you after the session that you can put into practice.

The role of pain in constellations and transgenerational healing
 
One of the biggest challenges in a helping profession can be to face the pain of our clients. Nobody likes pain and we are used to wanting to “get rid of it” or help others in this regard.
And yet pain is an integral part of healing. Without pain there is no healing.
In this workshop we will reflect on physical and emotional pain from different perspectives, maybe find a new connection with it and learn how to give it a place of acknowledgement in our practice.

TECHNOLOGICAL TOOLS TO MAKE ONLINE CONSTELLATIONS
 
In this seminar, Cecilio will show the evolution of online work, how he began and how it evolved. He will demonstrate several tools (some of them free of charge) that facilitate online work, and he will share how he uses them. He will give a lot of tips on how to be more effective when working online with clients or in training context.
Especially he will show how to work with INTERACTIVE BOARDS that makes online work easier and simulates the face-to-face reality.

He will make a lot of demonstrations with real cases from the participants, explaining all technics used in the constellation and all technological resources.
Cecilio developed an online tool with a lot of functions to make easy and more effective, the constellations we make online, as well as he will give a vision of what the future can bring to us, so we can provide a better service to our clients and provide better insights.

We’ll do demonstrations, constellations and propose a mini constellation exercise to be done in small groups, so everybody will have the opportunity to try this amazing tool.
Also, all participants will have free access to this tool for 6 months, so they can test, try and use it with their clients for a period of 6 months free of charge.

From different points of view, we can recognize how many opportunities the pandemic has brought us with respect to online work. Fortunately, we have been able to continue working, even crossing borders, without having to be physically present.
Although it already existed, ONLINE work is a modality that is now essential and is here to stay. It is essential that we can acquire the greatest number of tools to be able to accompany our patients, clients and consultants effectively, without losing the touch of humanity.
On this occasion we will have the always pragmatic guide of Cecilio Fernández Regojo who is an International Trainer on Organizational Constellations and is very much involved in the development of new technologies for the work with online Constellations.
This seminar is based on Cecilio’ s experience in many trainings, workshops, and companies, mainly in his last online training (10 modules – 120 hours) that had already 11 editions with more of 600 participants from more than 40 countries.
