"Integrating split parts – Reconnecting in Love!”

The workshop is based on Prof. Dr. Franz Ruppert's work on dealing with split parts. When encountering a traumatic event our Self splits into 3 main parts, the Survivor, the Traumatized part, and the Healthy part. To survive the aftermath of the event, the Survivor part takes the lead and would not allow us to connect with the Traumatized part which is captive in a frozen place, in a time loop, when the event has happened, nor with the Healthy part which does not have the resources to reconnect in a healthy way to life. In the case of powerful traumatic events such as sexual abuse, overcoming in a healthy way the trauma might be a long and complicated process.

Usually, outbursts of shame and/or rage are accompanying one in daily life as well as other manifestations. Looking just at the dynamic victim-perpetrator, often it is impossible or very painful and a different approach would be required. The workshop aims how to look at reconciling these parts and create the reconnection of split parts in order to regain a healthy adult place from where one can take the next steps in the process of healing.

We will have an open and interactive discussion with theory sharing, exercises in small groups process overview, structure, healing sentences and some constellations.
“TransgenerationalSometimes we are carrying deeply rooted and hidden in our DNA the effects of traumatic events that happened generations ago and this might have an effect on our lives without even knowing. It might be a traumatic event happened in our family or a wider, collective, social trauma that affected our family among others.

We would be looking in this workshop, how can we identify the place of the phenomenon that triggered the trauma, victim-perpetrator dynamic, what could be the consequence of such trauma in our personal life, how to look at it and what we can do to transcend/transform it. What are the hidden gifts, behind?

We would be doing a guided visualization/meditation to open the field, a collective exercise on a specific collective topic. If we have time, maybe we will do a constellation or whatever the field will be opening for us, in the environment we will be co-creating.

 Learning goal: to understand that first you need to find the love for yourself, than you can learn the ways how love can grow for even the most difficult participant in a group and expand to be able to love the whole group.
