Wait, What Am I Doing?  
Even those who have been Constellators for a long time sometimes wonder: What the hell am I doing? Students often complain that they struggle to explain their work and articulate their offer. As a result, some slip into a cookbook approach and out of creativity.

Much of my relationship with Bert Hellinger was spent finding words for his vision. I have spent the intervening years finding words for mine. In this session, we will begin to understand our own individual voices and find ease with our uniqueness. I will offer exercises to anchor understandings.

Students will explore: How their systemic background affects their professional foreground When blind spots in the family create anxiety in the work How agenda suffocates curiosity Ways to communicate the work so we’re not always preaching to the convertedT
