I consider myself a "Systemic Gardener" and I am a founding partner of "Congruencia - systemic consulting" and for nearly 25 years I have been accompanying people, teams and organizations in their processes of change and goal achievement. I am a graduate in Psychology and Master in Organisational Psychology (UNMSM - Peru) and I have had the opportunity to work in twelve different countries providing consulting, coaching and training in Spanish, Portuguese and English. I'm an international Trainer in topics as Systemic Constellations, Solution Focus Approach, and Complexity. I am often invited to contribute to graduate and business schools such as Esan, Universidad del Pacífico, UPC (Peru), Universidad de la República (Uruguay) and Universidad Autónoma de Madrid (Spain) with topics related to the systemic approach.
