About me

Katrina is a trainer of systemic constellations in Germany and abroad. She has a passion for the power of mindful leadership and supporting people and organizations in their development and change processes. Katrina founded Kirchbaumer consulting in 2000, is a certified Systemic Consultant, Systemic Coach and trained in Systemic Structural Constellations SySt.
Since 2010 she has been the Chair of infosyon (the International association for System Constellations in Organisations) where she is also certified as a Master Trainer in Organisational Constellations.
