Personal details/Biography
Marianne Franke-Gricksch, b.1942, mother of two sons and grandmother of five grandchildren.
Marianne worked for 28 years in primary and secondary schools. She became a holistic practitioner and a psychotherapist who incorporates primal therapy and body work into her practice. She has trained in a variety of systemic orientations including family constellations with Bert Hellinger, hypnotherapy with Gunter Schmidt, Brief Therapy with Steve de Shazer and many important other teachers.
Marianne has worked as an independent practitioner in Munich since 1990. She leads family constellation workshops and trainings, and started trainings for teachers and for the development of systemic work in schools, with parents, teachers, adolescent students and all persons who are working in the educational field. (educators, social workers, lawyers, medical doctors, midwifes, nurses)
Marianne is a teaching trainer in the German Society for Systemic Constellations (DGfS). Since her book was published in 11 languages, she has been working in many countries like Italy, France, Netherlands, Spain, Portugal, Norway, Croatia, Czechoslovakia, Russia, Ukraine, Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, Uruguay, Taiwan, China and Singapore as a teaching trainer for advanced seminars.
