Understanding Trauma and its appearance during constellations, having tools and the know how to deal with it.

Learning Goal: many of the themes that come up during the work are provoked by often generation old traumatic events. Depending on the stability of the participants it can lead to powerful triggers of own old trauma or those of family members. Someone triggered has no capacity to „understand“ the constellation and needs our attendance to be able to leave the group as relaxed as possible. 
Learning how to read a participant is triggered is vital to create a safe and healthy atmosphere while working. 
 Several key elements can be easily learned to stabilise a participant.
