Sivan Avni, M.A., is a certified Couples and Family Counselor and an advanced-level Systemic Constellation facilitator, specializing in helping partners grow closer through truth, presence, and systemic healing.
Our most intimate relationships are both our most significant challenges and our most profound teachers. In my work with couples, I offer a clear and compassionate path toward more profound connection, emotional clarity, and healing across generations.
Over the years, I have developed the Process-Oriented Systemic Couples Constellation, a unique method in which both partners are guided together in the constellation field. This shared space allows hidden dynamics, family entanglements, and relational patterns to emerge and transform—gently and powerfully—in real time.
I offer couples and individual sessions in Hebrew and English, online and in-person at my private clinic in Kiryat Tivon, Israel.
My approach integrates a range of systemic modalities, including Family Constellation, Differentiation, Worthiness, the Gottman Method, Schema Therapy, Emotional Intelligence, and Somatic Therapy. This combination allows me to meet couples where they are—with grounded insight, emotional attunement, and systemic perspective.
I completed extensive training at The Constellation Path with Yishai Gaster and at the international IFSC program with Jonine Lee Gabay, where I had the opportunity to learn directly from Bert Hellinger’s senior students.
Alongside my clinical work, I-
Facilitate a monthly international peer constellation circle (since 2022)
Offer supervision for constellation facilitators and for couples counselors who wish to integrate constellation work into their clinical practice.
Mentor the staff of a kindergarten in Haifa, Israel, that applies systemic-educational constellation as a guiding philosophy.
Write a weekly blog sharing grounded, soulful tools for relationship healing
