About me
Kati Tuulipuro, M.A., has a rich and varied background in the field of education, systemic coaching and constellation facilitation as well as work and business supervision. After working as an educator for almost 20 years and leaving behind a career in the academic world in 2020, Kati has mainly focused on supporting female leaders, small business owners and solopreneurs in finding their true potential in life. In addition, she has offered her systemic knowledge to future leaders as a guest lecturer on Systemic Coaching and Organizational Constellations at the Metropolia University of Applied Sciences in Helsinki.
Certified as a Family and Organizational Constellation Facilitator, Work and Business Supervisor, Soul Coaching® Practitioner as well as Creation Coach and Facilitator in Nature Aligned Leadership, Kati is passionate about teaching and sharing the knowledge that has helped her create the professional life she loves and cherishes. Her goal is to help her clients and students reconnect with their inner soul wisdom and creativity while uncovering and accepting the deepest truths in life that lead to a more energized, authentic and meaningful life.
She guides her clients in embracing their ancestral lineages and integrating their past experiences to be able to feel empowered to look into a brighter future and step forward in life with a deeper sense of joy, self-compassion and courage. Kati knows that honoring our personal histories stabilizes and strengthens us, akin to a tree’s roots that ensure it stands tall and thrives. She believes in the power of understanding our past which informs our present, thereby giving us the ability to create a future where we thrive when guiding and leading others.
